WIBA July 2019 Economic Development Toolbox Tour

The U.S. Department of Commerce – Economic Development Administration (EDA), in cooperation with Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. (GLITC), the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AICCW) and the Wisconsin Indian Business Alliance (WIBA), are holding meetings with Tribal Leaders, Tribal Enterprises and Business & Community Development Corporations, Economic Development Planners, Project Coordinators and Grant Writers the week of July 22-26, 2019.

The main purpose of these meetings is to build awareness and value-added working relationships among Wisconsin Tribal representatives and EDA funding programs, including GLITC EDA, as well as other available Wisconsin economic development organizations including but not limited to: Regional Planning Commissions, Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA), Wisconsin Procurement Institute (WPI), WEDC, WHEDA and WIBA (representing the four certified Native Community Development Financial Institutions in Wisconsin).
