“I am humbled by my nomination and appointment as the new WIBA Board Chair. WIBA’s Native CDFI Members are the strongest service providers in Indian Country, and I am honored to continue our innovative and collaborative efforts to bring financial resources to our Tribal communities,” said Ms. Boivin.
