WINLF Hires Cheryl Cloud as CEO

The Wisconsin Native Loan Fund is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Cloud as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ms. Cloud brings considerable passion, skill, and experience to guide WINLF in its mission to promote the financial self-sufficiency and community development of Wisconsin Native American communities, especially with opportunities and challenges going into the new year.
